  • Home Services experience strongly preferred (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for helping clients grow
