- Experience in digital media or strategic accounts; familiar with paid search, paid social, programmatic, or multichannel campaigns
- Home Services experience strongly preferred (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, etc.)
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for helping clients grow
