  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years pharma experience; 3+ years in sales/market access.
  • Proven sales/market access in Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Deep understanding of reimbursement/insurance for physician-administered treatments.
  • Experience launching products in complex, competitive environments.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (up to 50-70%).
