🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
  • 5–7 years in specialty pharma, biotech, or healthcare sales.
  • 3–5 years with complex access environments, including Buy & Bill reimbursement.
  • Proven success in high-level account management and hospital selling.
  • Experience across multiple sites of care; ability to tailor strategy and build executive relationships.
  • Travel 50–75%, including occasional weekends for conferences/events.
