- 5β7 years in specialty pharma, biotech, or healthcare sales.
- 3β5 years with complex access environments, including Buy & Bill reimbursement.
- Proven success in high-level account management and hospital selling.
- Experience across multiple sites of care; ability to tailor strategy and build executive relationships.
- Travel 50β75%, including occasional weekends for conferences/events.
