- Own and grow OLIPOP's business with key regional retailers in the Northeast.
- Serve as strategic lead for accounts (e.g., Wegmans, Giant Eagle, Food City) and build partnerships.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue and executional excellence.
- Build and strengthen relationships across buyers, replenishment, shopper marketing, and senior leadership.
- Lead account planning, trade spend optimization, promotions, and in-store execution.
- Travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, offsites, and internal meetings.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of key account experience, Northeast regional, in the CPG industry.
- Headquarter-level Wegmans/Giant Eagle broker management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong planning, organization, and negotiation skills; cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing trade spend, promotions, and forecasting to drive revenue.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with buyers and leadership.
- Travel as needed for customer meetings and trade shows.
