  • Own central region HQ calls; hunt new opportunities (20%) and farm existing accounts (80%).
  • Develop national plans to hit sales targets; collaborate with field teams.
  • Drive cross-functional retailer partnerships to improve performance.
  • Forecast case volume, trade spend, and profitability; analyze IRI/ retailer data.
  • Meet with field sales teams and distributors for regular business reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years regional sales/KAM with HQ call point experience at Meijer/Hy-Vee/HEB.
  • TPM experience required; Vividly preferred.
  • DSD, broadline distribution experience with beer distributors (non-alc okay).
  • Strong analytics; knowledge of Nielsen, IRI, retailer data.
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint; Google Sheets/Docs proficient.
