  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Commercial point of contact for a portfolio of growing clients
  • Lead upsell and renewal strategies for biannual/triannual contracts
  • Monitor KPIs such as ARR and GAR to drive performance
  • Build relationships with client sponsors (CFOs and stakeholders)
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews with high-potential clients

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4โ€“5 years of experience in KAM/Account Management/CS with a commercial focus
  • Degree in Economics or related field
  • Proven ability to grow client portfolios
  • Strong negotiation and relationship skills with C-level execs (CEO, CFO)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and product teams
  • Nice-to-have: SaaS or Fintech experience
