- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
- English proficiency; Spanish preferred.
- Telecom industry or Enterprise/SaaS experience.
- Strong communication and ability to manage multiple decision makers.
- Experience using Salesforce, CRM systems and Google Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding growth targets.
