  • Manage a portfolio of 25-35 VIP NA accounts.
  • Drive customer growth, adoption, satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to meet goals and identify opportunities.
  • Help customers integrate Aircall into their existing tech stack to maximize value.
  • Negotiate contracts and mitigate risks, with renewals in mind.
  • Gather customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • English proficiency; Spanish preferred.
  • Telecom industry or Enterprise/SaaS experience.
  • Strong communication and ability to manage multiple decision makers.
  • Experience using Salesforce, CRM systems and Google Suite.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding growth targets.
