🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or finance.
  • 5-7 years in specialty pharma, biotech, or healthcare sales.
  • 3-5 years experience with complex access incl Buy & Bill.
  • Proven success in high-level account management and hospital selling.
  • Experience across multiple sites of care; tailor strategy accordingly.
  • Ability to travel 50-75%, including weekends.
