๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of UK&I mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with technical, commercial, and C-level stakeholders
  • Map CPaaS solutions (SMS/RCS/WhatsApp/Voice/Video) to customer needs
  • Lead renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success for onboarding and value
  • Maintain Salesforce pipeline and provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Represent Vonage at meetings and industry events in the UK&I

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B CPaaS, account management or growth
  • Proven revenue retention and expansion in mid-market/enterprise
  • Sell to technical and business stakeholders (CX, Ops, Marketing)
  • Familiar with cloud communications and APIs desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience with outreach tools like ZoomInfo
  • Self-starter, collaborative, thrives in fast-moving matrix org
