- Own and grow a portfolio of UK&I mid-market to enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with technical, commercial, and C-level stakeholders
- Map CPaaS solutions (SMS/RCS/WhatsApp/Voice/Video) to customer needs
- Lead renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success for onboarding and value
- Maintain Salesforce pipeline and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Represent Vonage at meetings and industry events in the UK&I
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B CPaaS, account management or growth
- Proven revenue retention and expansion in mid-market/enterprise
- Sell to technical and business stakeholders (CX, Ops, Marketing)
- Familiar with cloud communications and APIs desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experience with outreach tools like ZoomInfo
- Self-starter, collaborative, thrives in fast-moving matrix org
