🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable Indonesian or international university.
  • 5–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Consulting, Project Management, or related.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments; performs under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills; English a plus.
  • Able to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
