Provide ongoing merchant support and troubleshoot BNPL platform inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues promptly.
Track merchant performance; provide regular reports and insights to optimize BNPL usage.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
2-3 years of professional experience in managing accounts.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; Arabic is a bonus.
Project management skills for overseeing multiple accounts and deadlines.
CRM (Salesforce) knowledge - preferable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
