📋 Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients and expand the existing client base.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with institutional clients and fund ecosystem, aligning FX needs.
  • Research, identify and prospect institutional clients with cross-border payments, FX and hedging needs.
  • Build credibility with clients through networking and presenting comprehensive international payment and FX solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in institutional FX.
  • Collaborate with FX dealing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • Have a proven track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services selling to institutional clients in the DACH region.
  • Proven analytical, problem solving, numerical & verbal reasoning skills.
  • Are a skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and a good understanding of the fund space in the UK.
  • Strong understanding of institutional FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
  • German required.
