📋 Description

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
• Demonstrate POS system capabilities and assess fit for clients.
• Guide onboarding and implementation for restaurant locations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Tech, and Support teams.
• Lead client meetings and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Occasional on-site visits to merchant locations may be required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years in customer success management.
• English and Mandarin bilingual required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Data analysis and reporting proficiency; CRM experience (Salesforce).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiar with POS systems and retail processes.
