Sharpen your prowess with a global multi-discipline team and be guided by theindustry's most forward-thinking leaders.The role / Who we are looking for:A politically tuned, programme delivery wizard who can establish and control several streams ofwork across multi-year engagements; balancing the needs of each work stream against theprogramme objectives and stakeholder needs. You’ll be responsible for running your programmeand project teams and reporting into the Delivery Management leadership team and the operationalboard on programme status.All backgrounds will always be considered and experience here is far more important, we’re reallyopen to Programme Managers that have a solid transferable background looking to deliver a mix ofwell governed Business Transformation, Dynamics 365 delivery, Bespoke Development projects andprogrammes, with a blend of agile and waterfall approaches as appropriate. We’re looking forsomeone that will take responsibility for their programmes, as well as rescue and turnaroundprojects that have hit a roadblock (it happens occasionally!)This is also a line management position with responsibility for the pastoral care and careerdevelopment of a small number of our amazing Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters.Required Experience:• Creating and maintaining the environment in which the programme will succeed• Making sure programmes, workstreams and projects are delivered beyondexpectationsWe are hiring!• Managing short- and long-term objectives and ensuring programmes track againstthese milestones.• Establishing and operating governance structures within programmes to ensureeffective decision making and robust assurance.• Managing senior stakeholders both within Kerv Digital and our clients.• Reporting programme status to the Kerv Digital Leadership Team and the client.• Meeting customers, listening carefully and understanding their business• Working with on/off-shore development/implementation teams• Managing programme and project cost and time tracking• Identifying and delivering change control and upsell• Wrestling detailed requirements and designs into an implementable plan• Managing an agile development process, directly and indirectly through ourdelivery managers and scrum masters• Line management of a small team• Ability to step into a project that needs to be reset, working with the stakeholdersand the project team to turn things around• Other tasks as reasonably requested (yes, our lawyers asked for that one)We are also looking for people that fit how we work, which is something like;• happiest working under their own direction, but fully supported when needed• an obvious attention to detail, we want you to obsess about the little things!• an escalation handler, able to achieve win-win outcomes by utilising the skills across theteam• ability to work effectively with remote teams in India• ability to work flexibly to deliver on-time to tight timescalesWhat we can do for you:We’re a transparent, honest and fiercely equal employer that believes completely inproviding the best possible work experience for our employees:Real Flexibility – we’re a family first organisation, and if the work gets done, you can work whenand wherever you want.
