Lead technical delivery of consultancy projects (2-4 at a time) incl. Intune, Azure, M365.
Keep pace with Microsoft tech, cloud services, and security.
Support Pre-Sales with technical input, designs, and security considerations.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and new security approaches.
Represent the business in client meetings with strong technical knowledge.
Help build relationships with sales and vendors, aligning needs with Microsoft solutions.

🎯 Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in IT/CS desirable; experience and relevant certs valued.
Certifications: Microsoft certs (Azure, M365, Intune, Security) beneficial.
Experience: 5+ years IT; at least 2 years in a 3rd line MSP support role.
Skills: Troubleshooting hardware/software; Windows/macOS; Active Directory; security perms.
Communication: Strong client-facing skills to explain complex concepts.
Delivery/Leadership: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
