📋 Description

  • Manage technical sales process: product demos, PoC, and feature requests
  • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
  • Collaborate with Marketing to expand collateral for closing opportunities
  • Channel customer requirements to product management
  • Coordinate with Customer Success for post-sales checks and integrations
  • Travel to customers in designated territory

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-tech sales, solutions engineering, or systems/network engineering
  • Ability to discuss technical topics with staff engineers to senior executives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers
  • Strong understanding of Netflow, SNMP, BGP, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP
  • Strong understanding of cloud and internet-scale networking (hybrid/multi-cloud)
