Kensington is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Product Associate

to support our growing Cruise division. This position combines product coordination and co-op marketing support—ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity, organization, and analytical thinking.

 

 

The Product Coordinator will play a key role in supporting cruise product development, maintaining content accuracy, and executing partner marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with our Product Manager, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure Kensington’s cruise offerings are updated, competitive, innovative, and well-positioned in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will be curious, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in travel, cruises, and geography.

 

 

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and ready to take on responsibility for planning, executing, and tracking co-branded marketing campaigns. The Co-Op Specialist will act as the day-to-day liaison with partners, oversee content development, manage budgets, and report on performance—wearing many hats to ensure co-op programs deliver results.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Product Development & Support

 

  • Assist with cruise product builds in TMT, including ground services, ship accommodations, and itineraries.

     

  • Conduct competitive analysis across cruise regions and itineraries.

     

  • Research and recommend new product opportunities, including shore excursions and pre/post options.

     

  • Review and update product copy to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.

     

  • Support pricing and seasonal updates across the cruise portfolio.

     

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure product readiness for launch.

     

 

Co-Op Marketing & Partner Support

 

  • Coordinate the day-to-day execution of co-op marketing initiatives with cruise partners.

     

  • Track spend and manage co-op budgets to ensure accuracy and maximize ROI.

     

  • Process invoices and maintain detailed records of partner contracts, campaign assets, and results.

     

  • Provide campaign reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and partners.

     

 

Project & Process Management

 

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple initiatives.

     

  • Maintain organized documentation and shared resources.

     

  • Support cross-functional communication to ensure seamless execution between Product, Marketing, and Sales.

     

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency.

     

 

Analytics & Reporting

 

  • Pull and summarize analytics for product performance and campaign reporting.

     

  • Develop simple dashboards or summaries for leadership and partners.

     

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product, sales and marketing effectiveness.

     

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.

     

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or campaign management (travel/hospitality industry a plus).

     

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (email, social, web).

     

  • Good knowledge of geography and a basic understanding of cruise products strongly preferred.

     

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, data organization).

     

  • HubSpot experience strongly preferred (or similar CRM/automation platform).

     

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.

     

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

     

  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently, while also collaborating across teams.
