Learning Specialist

📋 Description

• Assess learning needs and design outcome-focused learning for sales, tech, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Manager, Learning and Performance to identify gaps and deliver programs.
• Conduct learning needs analyses to document required outcomes for effective performance.
• Design learning solutions: research context, conduct task analyses, plan formats and assessments.
• Develop content for courses (video, quizzes, interactive activities) and plan delivery/communication.
• Engage with Subject Matter Experts and instructional designers to deliver quality experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or certification in Adult Education, Learning & Development, or equivalent with ADDIE.
• 1-2 years of experience designing eLearning or instructor-led learning.
• Proficiency with instructional design tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Captivate).
• Familiarity with LMS; Docebo knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and instructional designers.
