  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts with a strong focus on business impact, clarity, and curiosity.

Drive Strategic Portfolio Performance

  • Drive strategic growth initiatives across client acquisition, retention, and funnel health—developing business cases and monitoring impact realization over time.

Translate Insight into Action

  • Deliver compelling narratives through data visualization, dashboards, and storytelling that influence decisions across executive, sales, and product teams.
  • Measure full-funnel performance across channels (paid media, CRM, SEO, website) and design frameworks to assess campaign ROI, channel mix efficiency, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead experimentation and testing frameworks—A/B testing, incrementality analysis, attribution modeling, and media mix modeling.

Be a Cross-Functional Leader

  • Serve as a thought partner across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Executive teams.
  • Align cross-departmental inputs into actionable business strategies with clear measurement.
  • Bring a design-thinking approach to problem solving, always focused on business outcomes and customer experience.
