Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the firm's recruiting efforts across attorney, legal support, and operations roles. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, this role plays a key part in coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate tracking systems, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing recruiting team.
This position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote. The role may be based in either our Chicago or Lake Mary, Florida, office. The compensation for this position is $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
