Job Summary

The Pure Play Strategic Partner Manager is responsible for developing, executing and fostering pure playpartnerships for a designated portfolio of accounts that deliver sales and profits to the company. This rolesupports the Sales Director, Pure Play North America and will build both customer and internal cross functional relationships to achieve sales objectives and results.

Essential Functions

  • Delivers against Pure Play sales and profitability targets in alignment with business and seasonal account plans.
  • Develops new and fosters existing Pure Play customer relationships thatlead to positive partner management and contracts.
  • Evolves the Pure Play selling process and solutions in alignment withproduct and brand awareness vision and strategies.
  • Provides Pure Play performance and business insights to leadership tosupport revenue growth and strategy development. Assess the NorthAmerican Pure Play customer landscape and provide input on opportunitiesto drive growth.
  • Maintains Pure Play data including merchandising planning, marketing metrics, and digital performance.
  • Provide business updates and reporting including sell-in and sell-thru details, competitive analysis, product demand and availability, and market share to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Supports the Pure Play seller and process improvement strategy inalignment with brand values and Marketplace and Pure play objectives.
  • Collaborates with internal marketing and merchandising teams to identifysell through and activation strategies, implement specific programs, andensure products are aligned with Pure Play sales objectives.
  • Uses data, metrics and brand trends to assist with planning and forecasting process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in sales, account management, or related field, with three (3) years experience in Amazon 1P sales.

Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform theessential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience in digital/eCommerce sales space.
  • Experience in the footwear industry preferred.
  • Documented experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needsof diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimesconflicting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with moderate Excel/data management and manipulation skills.
  • Advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Base Salary: $139,596.40 - $146,577.13

yearlyThis range represents the low and high ends of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
