A Brief OverviewThe KEEN Factory Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. The activities of the production team include product line(s) and production shifts to ensure that production requirements, performance goals, and improvement objects are achieved. Salary Range: $55,767 - $60,000 annually
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and location.
