As the Project Manager for customer projects at Keboola, you are responsible for overseeing and delivering projects that meet our clients' specific needs and expectations. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction, acting as the primary liaison between the company and the client. This role requires excellent client management skills, a strong understanding of project management principles, and the ability to manage external expectations while coordinating internal resources.

What you’ll do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the main point of contact for all client communications, ensuring transparency and regular updates.
  • Custom Project Planning and Design: Tailor project plans based on each client’s unique requirements, including detailed schedules, resources, and scope definitions. Ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively between client stakeholders and internal teams. Ensure seamless communication and that all project requirements are understood and met by the technical teams.
  • Budget and Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets carefully, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated and financial constraints are respected. Provide clients with budget updates and forecasts.
  • Risk and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks and issues specific to client projects. Develop mitigation strategies and be responsive to any issues that arise, keeping the client informed and involved in solutions.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that the deliverables meet or exceed the client’s expectations. Gather client feedback to continually improve project outcomes.
  • Project Monitoring and Reporting: Keep all project documentation up to date and provide regular reports to both the client and internal management on project status, milestones, and adjustments.
  • Successful Project Delivery and Closure: Ensure all contractual obligations are met with high client satisfaction. Conduct post-project reviews to gather insights and improve future project processes.
  • The skills and experience you need to have:

  • Speak and write fluent English and Czech to business customers and all members of Keboola.
  • At least 3+ years of project management experience, specifically managing external client projects in a related industry.
  • Exceptional ability to manage client relationships, negotiate, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse teams and ensuring collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and challenges. Proficient in project management software and client management systems.
  • Highly adaptable to meet the changing needs of clients and projects. Committed to enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent project delivery.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred, demonstrating a recognized level of expertise in project management.
  • Must have a commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends and updates.Daily working experience with Salesforce, Jira, Google products, Slack, Zoom, etc.
