  • Create a positive, inclusive workplace; greet employees, visitors and vendors.
  • Run daily office operations; walkthroughs, maintain spaces, upkeep.
  • Manage supplies and vendors; coordinate purchasing, contracts, invoices.
  • Set up daily catering, beverages, snacks and lunches.
  • Coordinate micro events, happy hours and events from concept to teardown.
  • Facilities & IT partnership: coordinate maintenance with Real Estate and AV.

  • Proactive, highly organized multitasker who anticipates needs.
  • People-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven office/operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Experience coordinating events, catering and vendor relationships.
  • Native Danish speaker or C1 level with excellent English skills.
