This role is required to work 3 days a week from our Concord office (Tuesday through Thursday).

In this role you will:

  • Work on the Stays product, used by millions of people across the globe

  • Scope and implement features, working with designers, product managers, and commercial stakeholders

  • Have end-to-end ownership of the UI, including testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting production issues

  • Pair up with other developers to jumpstart your product learning

  • Drive technical debt reduction and improve code quality

  • Develop features with a11y best practices in mind

  • Work with globally distributed teams

  • Leverage AI coding tools to take your efficiency to the next level

Please apply if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math)

  • Significant experience building layouts using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript (with a preference for TypeScript)

  • Deep understanding and expertise with React (or a comparable modern UI framework)

  • Ability to…

    • Debug issues in a full-stack environment

    • Produce high quality and accurate work

    • Break down complicated tasks into actionable, accurately-estimated deliverables

    • Process, store and manipulate large sets of data

    • Work within an agile development process

    • Analyze others’ code and offer valuable suggestions for improvement

    • Develop working relationships with cross-functional teammates

    • Demonstrate the ability to learn and grow from feedback

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Massachusetts based role is $105,000-120,000.00.

This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.
