📋 Description

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Manage a large portfolio of SMB accounts, maximizing value for users and stakeholders.
  • Oversee onboarding and training to ensure smooth product implementation.
  • Drive product adoption and measurable success for customers.
  • Proactively prevent churn and manage renewals.
  • Resolve customer issues with support and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management (SaaS/tech)
  • Google Sheets and/or Excel proficiency
  • Proven customer-centric track record delivering great experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Slack (Vitally desirable)
