Role
As a Senior Software Engineer (Interview Content), you will contribute to building and refining systems that support interview content creation, management, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain interview-content related systems and tooling.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve interview workflows and content quality.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across services.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and web development.
- Experience with content or assessment platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Location
Remote (India) – Bangalore area considerations.
