Role Overview

Senior Client Implementation Manager (India) at Karat will lead customer onboarding and implementation projects for our clients in India and globally. In this role you will coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver successful deployments of Karat's solutions, driving adoption and customer success.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects
Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to gather requirements and remove blockers
Develop project plans, track progress, and report status to stakeholders
Manage client relationships, set expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and coordinate with Customer Success

Requirements

5+ years of experience in client onboarding/implementation or professional services, ideally in a SaaS environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering complex deployments
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages a plus

Location

Remote - India (Bangalore region included). This is a remote position open to candidates in India.
