Overview
Karat is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive (India) for a remote-friendly role focused on the Indian market. You will drive revenue by managing mid-market opportunities from prospecting to close, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts in India, from prospecting to closing.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, understand business needs, and tailor Karat's solutions.
- Qualify opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, and deliver accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive value and expansion opportunities.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS/B2B sales experience, preferably in mid-market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard sales processes.
- Ability to work remotely from India; highly self-motivated and organized.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
