- BSc/BA Hons degree or equivalent. \n
- 5+ years in account management/category/retail FMCG with P&L accountability. \n
- Experience with multifunctional teams across channels and customer strategy. \n
- Proven ability to drive customer agenda and differentiated executions. \n
- Experience identifying and executing new business opportunities. \n
- Full Microsoft Office capabilities: Excel and PowerPoint. \n
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. \n
- Forecasting and financial analysis experience. \n
