📋 Description

  • Lead senior key account activities for Kao's Consumer Care brands in Benelux.
  • Negotiate annual plans; develop joint growth plans with customers.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain.
  • Develop sales strategy; analyze channels, customers and opportunities.
  • Manage P&L and monitor investments; hit revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build strong internal collaboration to maximize outcomes for Kao and customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • WO opleiding in business or related field.
  • 5+ years FMCG experience.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of channels: drugstore, grocery, online, price discounters.
  • Strong analytical skills; capable of modeling financial plans (P&L).
  • Team player with results focus.
  • Willing to work in Benelux and travel as needed.
