  • Own P&L for Bondi Sands with budget responsibility.
  • Primary contact for Superdrug; voice of the customer internally.
  • Lead range, distribution, placement, and pricing with Joint Business Planning.
  • Manage monthly commercial discipline: planning, forecasting, pricing, invoicing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain to execute channel plans.
  • Provide timely updates to peers and senior stakeholders.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • BSc/BA Hons degree or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years Account Management/Buying in branded FMCG; Health & Beauty preferred.
  • P&L ownership, planning/forecasting, invoice management, and negotiation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and credibility with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication; simplify complex messages for peers and senior stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
