- Develop and execute growth strategy to drive sales and profitability.
- Manage annual joint business planning, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Oversee forecasting, demand planning, inventory health, and stock risk.
- Plan and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (AMS, DSP).
- Ensure best-in-class content and conversion across PDPs and Brand Store.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years with Amazon Vendor Central (Beauty/FMCG).
- Strong understanding of Amazon ecosystem and levers.
- P&L management, retail media optimization, content strategy.
- Analytical, data-driven with attention to detail.
- Experience with digital/media agencies is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German.
