- Use Juniper Square software to support our investor services customers
- Manage treasury related activities such as logging incoming LP contributions and initiating outgoing payments
- Perform AML activities including GP onboarding, LP onboarding and Source of Funds checks
- Conduct KYC / Watchlist monitoring checks on individuals and entities; investigate and resolve any issues
- Perform workspace management tasks on behalf of our clients, including creating new contacts and positions and bulk uploading new client data
- Disseminate K-1 documents and other client reports through the Juniper Square software
🎯 Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in fund administration or investor services related roles
- Experience with treasury, LP onboarding, KYC/AML, investor reporting, and K-1 delivery
- High integrity and commitment to doing the right thing for customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to identify problems and implement solutions
- Highly flexible and adaptable; manages multiple projects and stays detail-focused
