• Support Degreed product implementations via configurations, integrations, and access models.
• Assist customers with data flows and authentication to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Test and validate integrations against requirements; document results.
• Contribute to solution design, requirements, and implementation documentation.
• Support delivery teams with technical training and enablement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational experience with systems integrations (APIs, data flows).
• Identity and access management concepts (SSO, SAML, roles, permissions).
• Experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms or environments.
• Applied AI literacy, using AI-powered tools for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience testing and validating technical solutions, following test cases.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
