• Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract roles.
• Source and engage talent via LinkedIn, networks and Lever.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and inclusive hiring.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication.
• Maintain Lever data and use metrics to drive hiring decisions.
• Use AI tools to streamline scheduling and screening.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years’ recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong direct sourcing; pipelines for niche/hard-to-fill roles.
• Confident communicator who builds trust across levels.
• Highly organised, structured, detail-oriented; manage priorities.
• Proactive problem-solver with growth mindset and continual learning.
• Experience using Lever; experience recruiting in NL across Engineering/Product/UX/Data.
