Maintain existing computer and network setups
Administrate and support all software and hardware, including Apple devices, Okta, Kanji, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues
Own Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
Monitor IT compliance and ensure policies and controls are followed

🎯 Requirements

Strong IT knowledge including networking and computer systems
Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise software, laptops, peripherals
Experience with macOS and Apple ecosystem
Experience with IAM and MDM tools
Communicate effectively with both technical and business teams
1-3 years of experience in similar roles
