Facilitate daily standups and support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain sprint boards and ensure items are updated and tracked.
Monitor sprint progress and flag risks, blockers, or scope changes.
Ensure user stories are clearly documented and meet basic acceptance criteria.
Track action items from retrospectives and follow up on completion.
Support backlog grooming sessions and assist with organizing priorities.

🎯 Requirements

Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear communication and ability to work with technical teams.
Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years in project coordination or software delivery.
