📋 Description

• Work with team lead to develop, launch and manage events from A to Z.
• Define how to scale events within your region.
• Own strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key experiences.
• Collaborate with Fever departments to integrate events and impact.
• Interact with partners, providers, venues in Madrid.
• Represent Fever at events and ensure high-quality experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in PM or consulting (not events).
• Fluent German and English; excellent communication.
• Strong analytical, relationship, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused; able to create plans to resolve issues.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build partnerships.
• Highly organized and efficient; able to handle large workloads.
