Support end-to-end release lifecycle management: planning, validation, approvals, deployment governance
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align sprint and release objectives
Track dependencies, risks, and issues with proactive mitigation
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, backlog grooming
Prepare weekly and monthly governance reports on delivery status, risks, and metrics
Drive adherence to SDLC standards, audits, and internal compliance processes

🎯 Requirements

2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PM, or Scrum roles
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
