Junior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Work with Fever Originals team to plan, launch and manage events end-to-end.
• Own strategic planning, execution and reporting for Candlelight events.
• Scale events across the UK and Ireland in collaboration with other teams.
• Define processes to improve operations and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing to boost ticket sales and coverage.
• Travel to scale in other cities and grow Fever Partner Network.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a project management role or consulting background
• Fluent in English
• Experience in event management/planning is a plus
• Solution-focused with ability to plan to resolve issues
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and efficient
• Curious and keen to push boundaries
• Great networking skills and ability to form smart partnerships
• Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent
• Ability to think strategically when faced with an events brief or data
• Able to handle large workloads and parallel workstreams
• Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty on tasks
• Knowledge of promo tools like Facebook and Instagram is a plus
• Strong academic background is a plus
