🎯 Requirements

- Experience: 1+ year in manufacturing; internship ok; medical device or pharma preferred.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in cleanroom; willing to do hands-on maintenance tasks.
- Skills: Analytical mindset; basic Lean and time-analysis knowledge.
- Tech Savvy: Reading technical drawings; proficient with Google Docs/MS Word.
