📋 Description

  • Support end-to-end payroll for the Netherlands, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and validate payroll input data with Local HR and HR GBS
  • Act as point of contact for HR GBS regarding payroll inputs and timelines
  • Perform payroll checks and reconcile outputs with input data
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies with HR GBS, stakeholders, and providers (e.g., ADP)
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch payroll legislation and maintain payroll records in Oracle

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or a similar administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of MS Excel
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
  • Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
