📋 Description

  • Coordinating signature process of legal documents on a corporate level
  • Coordinating signing process with notary office
  • Managing physical archive of corporate documents; scanning and tracking originals
  • Admin and improvement of the Virtual Data Room; e-filing of contracts
  • Maintain the group corporate structure chart
  • Managing KYC requests
  • Drafting and reviewing powers of attorney
  • Preparing annual shareholders' and directors' resolutions for financial results
  • Preparing and filing with local commercial registers; coordinate with external lawyers/team
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts such as NDAs, short-form agreements, amendments, and supplier contracts
  • Support HQ Legal in other legal-administrative tasks, including regulations and trainings

🎯 Requirements

  • A degree in law or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with international scope
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience working with Spanish legal documents
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in a dynamic startup
  • Strong attention to detail for reviewing contracts and legal documents
