🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years CRE experience.
- Willing to actively market to potential new clients.
- Proven track record in originating, underwriting, structuring CRE debt/equity.
- Excellent due diligence, analytical, negotiating, and financial skills.
- Team player with ability to assist in deal structuring.
- Independent worker with strong client management.
- Travel as appropriate.
- BA required; advanced CRE/finance degree preferred.
