Leading the warehouse team during shifts; train staff and ensure process adherence
Picking and packing items for dispatch to customers
Delivery Partners: support managing delivery partners for a smooth delivery experience
Issue resolution: contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items
Goods Inbound: receive product from vendors, ensure counts match PO/invoice
Stock management: put away products and conduct cycle counts; manage waste and TooGoodToGo partnership

🎯 Requirements

Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments
Basic knowledge of web-based software (Office, Google Workspace)
Strong work ethic, punctual, responsible and honest
Effective communication skills
Organised, team-oriented, positive attitude and helpful
Flexible to cover shifts during 7am–3am
