🎯 Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in fintech/e-commerce/payments.
Strong SQL/BigQuery and Google Sheets skills; turn data into insights.
Proactive problem solver who acts on data to drive solutions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience leading projects from ideation to completion.
Knowledge of payments ecosystems (gateways, processors, networks) a plus.
