Performs admin duties for the Sales team, including calls, docs, and fulfillment.
Manages sales pipeline to ensure compliance and disclosures.
Handles inbound/outbound calls to customers seeking a loan.
Gathers loan documents, including customer-executed forms.
Prepares files for submission; coordinates with Operations to close loans.
Provides excellent customer service with timely follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
2 years of completed college coursework at an accredited institution.
4-year degree highly preferred.
Experience with Encompass and Velocify a plus, not required.
Self-motivated and achievement-oriented.
