  • Provide IT support to UK staff; hybrid on-site 2-3 days/week.
  • Manage IT tickets for account lockouts and device issues.
  • Assist with hardware issuance, replacement and returns.
  • Set up and maintain office IT devices and peripherals.
  • Collaborate with IT Manager on upgrades and migrations.
  • Help build relationships with vendors for service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year IT help desk/technical support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, macOS and Windows.
  • Experience imaging and configuring hardware (Apple/Windows).
  • Experience troubleshooting and user support (in person and remote).
  • Nice to have: Jira or other ticketing systems.
  • Nice to have: MDM platforms (Kandji, Jamf, Intune).
  • Nice to have: SSO tools such as OKTA or OneLogin.
