- Provide IT support to UK staff; hybrid on-site 2-3 days/week.

- Help build relationships with vendors for service delivery.
π― Requirements
- 1+ year IT help desk/technical support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, macOS and Windows.
- Experience imaging and configuring hardware (Apple/Windows).
- Experience troubleshooting and user support (in person and remote).
- Nice to have: Jira or other ticketing systems.
- Nice to have: MDM platforms (Kandji, Jamf, Intune).
- Nice to have: SSO tools such as OKTA or OneLogin.
