🎯 Requirements
- You are comfortable coming to the St Gallen office twice a week
- Around 1 year IT support or generalist experience, or recent apprenticeship
- Confident with macOS; Jamf or Okta exposure a plus
- Solid IT foundation incl. basic security and networking understanding
- You enjoy helping others and communicate clearly and empathetically
- English fluency; German a plus
